2)Sit down and wear watch on the wrist, and put your wrist on the tablet and keep it with your heart at same height.

3)Switch to blood pressure page and press button to detect quietly.

Tips: Before wearing watch, make sure wrist skin is warm and no water or sweat on the wrist.

2. How can I measure the blood pressure with the model M-W01?

You could measure blood pressure manually anytime by pressing the button on the watch, or measure it on app.

meanwhile, M-W01 watch detects your blood pressure automatically from 0:00 to 08:00.

3.If the GPS sos watch is indoor, can I get its position?

Yes, you can. The watch positions through GPS and LBS, and with google map, position details is showed on app
